The closed cottage town of the comfort class is located in the village of Rozhny, Brovar district, near the banks of the Desna River.
The main highlight of the town is its own eco-pond with an area of 500 square meters for swimming and walking near the water with space for relaxation. The water self-purification system and special green plantings create a unique eco-system of the pond, thanks to which the water is clean and transparent!

For walks in the shade of trees at the entrance to the complex, there is a green park with a spacious children's playground. For lovers of water sports and recreation by the river, just 300 meters from Gardd House, there is an equipped beach on Desna.
